Union Assurance among Sri Lanka’s most valuable brands

COLOMBO, October 2 (ePRESS) – Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s longest-standing private Life Insurer, has secured a place once again in the 100 Most Valuable Brands 2025 ranking by Brand Finance. The company proudly remains within the exclusive Top 50 Valuable Brands, reflecting its strong performance, brand impact, and forecasted growth in value.

The recognition highlights Union Assurance’s ability to remain relevant and resilient in a challenging business environment, while reaffirming its leadership in the Life Insurance industry.

Guided by its vision of empowering progress for all, the company offers a wide range of protection solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers. It has led the way in digital transformation, introducing industry-first innovations to simplify and enhance the Life Insurance experience. Union Assurance has also invested in expanding its services across omni-platforms to reach more Sri Lankans.

The insurer’s flagship CSR initiative, Suwamaga, has focused on reducing the rising incidence of diabetes in Sri Lanka. Free diabetes testing services have been offered across the island at no cost.
