COLOMBO, September 9 (ePRESS) – AIA Insurance, in partnership with the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), has extended support to the Shiranee Joseph de Saram Foundation, an organisation dedicated to creating opportunities and empowering people with disabilities in Sri Lanka.
As Premier Sponsors of MDRT, the AIA Group made this donation, selecting AIA Sri Lanka as the recipient after the company showed the biggest growth in MDRT qualifiers in 2024.
The official cheque handover was held at AIA’s head office. Present were AIA Sri Lanka CEO Chathuri Munaweera, Chief Agency Officer Chanaka Liyanage, Foundation Chair Praveena Joseph de Saram, General Manager Ranjula Senaratna Perera, several foundation representatives, and three MDRT achievers from AIA Sri Lanka.
MDRT is the world’s leading association of life insurance and financial services professionals, with members from 85 countries and over 700 companies. Membership is seen as the gold standard in the industry, recognizing excellence, ethics, and service.
