COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, October 2 (ePRESS) – The organizing committee of the Sri Lankan Top 100 Awards presented the first-ever “Golden Swan” award to veteran sports commentator Premasara Epasinghe at a glittering ceremony held recently at the Bandaranaike Conference Hall.
The award, described as a once-in-a-lifetime recognition, was introduced this year and presented to Epasinghe in the presence of his wife, Mrs. Epasinghe.
The Sri Lankan Top 100, now in its 6th consecutive year, celebrates achievements in art, media, and business. This year’s event brought together artists, business leaders, and professionals in a grand setting.
Chairman of Chance Sports, Lasantha Amarasinghe, extended financial assistance to Epasinghe, acknowledging his long-standing contribution to sports and media.
Expressing gratitude, Epasinghe said he was deeply touched by the recognition and support.
