SSC, Colombo: (ePRESS) – Sri Lanka’s premier freight forwarding and logistics company, CL Synergy Limited, has stepped forward as the principal sponsor of the CL Synergy SSC Open 2025 Tennis Championships, organized by SSC Tennis House Committee in collaboration with Sri Lanka Tennis Association. This fortnight-long tournament, a Category 1 open ranking event, will run from January 17 to February 2 at the Singhalese Sports Club (SSC) tennis courts, featuring 800 entries across various age groups and categories.
The tournament will feature Boys and Girls events in the under-12 to under-18 age groups (Singles and Doubles), along with Men’s and Women’s Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Veterans events for those over 35, 45, and 55. The competition will showcase top talents such as current Men’s National Champion Apna Perera, former Men’s and Women’s National Champions Ashen Silva and Rukshika Weerasekara.
The tournament will be officiated by Referee Ms. Shehara Medawala, with Aruna Seneviratne and Chammika De Silva acting as Tournament Directors.

In addition to CL Synergy Limited, co-sponsors for the event include 3 G Sports (HEAD Tennis Balls) and Perera and Sons (P&S), with YETI Hydration serving as the official hydration partner.
This championship continues the legacy of SSC, a traditional institution that has contributed to the rise of many sporting stars over its 126-year history.
